When two (or more) Widgets overlap, the order at which they appear is determined by the Widgets’ relative order on the Z axis.

Generally, the Widget created last will appear on top of a Widget created earlier.  You can change the ordering of a Widget from the Format->Ordering menu.

Bring To Front	Brings the Widget to the front
One Step Up	Brings the Widget one step towards the front
Send To Back	Sends the Widget to the back
One Step Down	Sends the Widget one step towards the back
